INDIGO'S MEGA RAFFLE!

To celebrate what a fabulous year it’s been in 2025 with our award win, we have decided to run a MEGA RAFFLE, with some big prizes to be won, worth well over £500! Tickets are £5 each and you can purchase as many tickets as you wish - you’ve got to be in it to win it! When we've sold 200 tickets, we will announce the draw date!

1st prizes - Free week at holiday club for 1 child (x 2 to win) worth £100 each!

2nd prizes - Free day at holiday club for 2 children (x 2 to win) worth £50 each!

3rd prize - Hamper of Christmas arts and crafts goodies (x 1 to win) worth over £30!

4th prizes - Free day at holiday club for 1 child (x 2 to win) worth £25 each!

Additional prizes - Mini packs of arts and crafts goodies (x 6 to win) worth over £10 each!

Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The raffle is open to all individuals aged 18 or over.

• Staff involved in running the raffle may not participate in the raffle.

2. Tickets

• Tickets are sold at the stated price.

• All ticket sales are final; no refunds will be issued.

• Each ticket purchased will be entered into the draw.

3. Prizes

• Prizes include free Holiday Club tickets, art and craft hamper and art & craft packs.

• Holiday Club prize vouchers are valid only for the dates stated on the voucher and must be used before the expiry date.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items/services.

• Only the named winner may redeem Holiday Club vouchers for their family members, which may include their own younger siblings, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins, who must be within the holiday club age range. If you wish to gift the voucher to a non-family member because you do not have ay children within your family of the appropriate age for holiday club, please contact indigoartsandcrafts@gmail.com for approval to switch the name over.

4. Draw

• The raffle draw will take place when a target number of tickets has been sold, at which point a date will be activated.

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently using an online random generator.

5. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via the details provided at purchase (e.g., email and/or phone).

• Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the winner notification. If a prize is unclaimed after this period, a redraw may take place at our discretion.

6. Use of Vouchers (Holiday Club)

• Voucher use is subject to availability; spaces cannot be guaranteed for specific dates until booking is confirmed.

• Vouchers cannot be used for sessions that are already fully booked.

7. Liability

• We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, or misplaced tickets/ticket references or winner emails sent out that deliver to an alternative inbox folder.

• The organiser reserves the right to amend the raffle terms if necessary, but will ensure fairness is maintained.

8. Data Protection

• Personal information provided during ticket purchase will be used solely for administering the raffle and contacting winners, in accordance with GDPR regulations.

9. Organiser Rights

• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
